UTA OGX Promotion Tactics

For spring semester 2022, I lead a team at Ogden Peak Communications that worked closely with UTA to promote the new UTA OGX line at Weber State University.

Our team’s objectives for this campaign were to educate people at Weber State University about the UTA ED PASS and to educate students about the Transit app. Our team implemented 10 tactics for the campaign: a content calendar with a branding guide, t-shirt design, giveaway contest, brochures, monitor graphics, radio scripts, promotional booths, media releases, social posts and flyers.
Our final implementation was a booth at WeberStock where we educated attendees about UTA OGX and the Transit app for a t-shirt. We also had a survey at the booth where people who took part in it were entered for the UTA swag bag giveaway.
We then compiled all of our tactics and statistics into a presentation for the UTA team. In the presentation, we went over the results of our implemented products and our recommendations for the OPC team taking over in Fall 2022.
