Senior Capstone Project: KWCR PR Campaign

As one of my final projects as a communication undergraduate student, I created a KWCR PR Campaign that future student leaders can either implement or use as a guide for events. I shared this campaign with the radio advisor and student leaders at KWCR. I also presented the campaign at Weber State University's Spring 2023 Undergraduate Research & Engagement Symposium.

In the campaign, I wrote a brief background about KWCR and analyzed the social media metrics of their accounts. From there, I was able to take note of their target audience and create a GOST plan within a budget frame fit for a student-run organization.

I then wrote out a 3-month campaign budget, a timeline and an evaluation of how to tell if the objectives are successful. In the appendices, I included a social media style guide, examples of social media posts, a sample blog post, podcast ideas and a sample news release.
