KWCR Course Registration Promotional Tactics

Registration for Spring 2023 just opened up at Weber State University, I created three fliers and a short video in an effort to get more students registered for the radio class.

This first flier is targeted toward potential Radio DJs and is about how the course helps students develop their public speaking skills throughout the course. We put this flier around the arts and humanities building, the student union, and around the outdoor walkways.

This second flier is targeted toward potential audio engineers. Our main audio engineer graduated recently, so we want to have more students who can be trained to handle any audio issues when our alum is unable to make it in person. We put this flier up around the STEM building, in the student union, and around the outdoor walkways.

The third flier is targeted toward potential sports announcers. Our sports team is relatively small this semester, so it is hard to cover all the sports events on campus. We put this flier up around the campus gym, the outdoor recreation building, the student union, and the outdoor walkways.

This video was originally just going to be a radio sweeper, but we thought it would be fun to record a video instead. This is more of a joking tone and just to showcase how fun being a DJ can be. Right now, this video has 1,127 views on the KWCR Instagram page.
